## Description

Eigenständige Durchführung und Bearbeitung der monatlichen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
Pflege und Verwaltung von Personalstammdaten und abrechnungsrelevanten Daten
Betreuung der Mitarbeitenden bei Fragen rund um die Entgeltabrechnung
Bearbeitung des Melde- und Bescheinigungswesens
Kommunikation mit Krankenkassen, Behörden und weiteren externen Stellen
Erstellung von Auswertungen und Reports
Unterstützung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlussarbeiten
Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von Payroll-Prozessen
