## Description

* leitest interdisziplinäre, agile Projektteams in Projekten und Releaseentwicklungen
 * entwickelst agile Entwicklungsmethoden im Bereich Automation kontinuierlich weiter
 * klärst Anforderungen und leitest daraus konkrete Arbeitspakete ab
 * begleitest die Entwicklung und Erstellung von Konzeptvorschlägen für Automationssysteme auf Basis der Kundenanforderungen
 * leitest automationseigene Projekte und Produktlinien
 * koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit innerhalb der interdisziplinären Teams und sorgst für eine strukturierte Umsetzung
 * unterstützt dabei, Kundenanforderungen in technisch umsetzbare Lösungen zu überführen
