## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Ingenieur- oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften beziehungsweise eines vergleichbaren IT-Studiengangs; alternativ eine abgeschlossene IT- oder kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
 * Mindestens sechs Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Leitung komplexer IT-Projekte, davon mindestens zwei Jahre in agilen Projekten
 * Gültige Projektmanagement-Zertifizierung: IPMA Level B, PRINCE2 Practitioner oder PMI PMP
 * Zusätzlich eine Schulung oder Zertifizierung in agilen Vorgehensweisen
 * Kenntnisse in MS Office, MS Project, MS SharePoint und Atlassian Jira
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens C1-Niveau
 * Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und Führungskompetenz
 * Strukturierte, zuverlässige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Lösungsorientierung
 * Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen im Umfang von bis zu 25 % der Arbeitszeit

## Description

* Eigenverantwortliche Leitung komplexer IT-Projekte oder anspruchsvoller Teilprojekte von der Lösungsentwicklung bis zur Inbetriebnahme
 * Planung und Überwachung von Terminen, Meilensteinen, Budgets und Projektergebnissen
 * Steuerung von Abhängigkeiten, Änderungen und Risiken
 * Übernahme von PMO-Aufgaben sowie Vorbereitung und Moderation von Projektbesprechungen und Workshops
 * Abstimmung mit Projektbeteiligten und Entscheidungsträgern sowie Bearbeitung von Ziel- und Interessenkonflikten
 * Erstellung von Statusberichten, Präsentationen und Vorgabedokumenten
 * Pflege und Dokumentation der Projektdaten in MS Project, SharePoint und Atlassian Jira
 * Unterstützung bei Qualitätssicherung, organisatorischen Aufgaben sowie beim Onboarding und Offboarding von Projektmitarbeitenden
