* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Laborant:in im Bereich Biologie, Chemie oder vergleichbare naturwissenschaftliche Qualifikation
 * Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung im QC-Labor unter GxP-Anforderungen
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse gängiger LIMS-Systeme wie Labware
 * Praxis im Umgang mit digitalen Tools wie Empower, LabX oder SoftmaxPro
 * Erfahrung in Projekttätigkeiten innerhalb eines Qualitätskontrolllabors
 * Kenntnisse über agile Methoden wie Scrum wünschenswert
 * Sicherer Umgang mit Office-Anwendungen insbesondere Excel und Teams
 * Bereitschaft zur gelegentlichen Arbeit aus dem Homeoffice
*Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

## Description

* Unterstützung bei Evaluierung, Implementierung und Optimierung digitaler QC-Laborprozesse
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit lokalen Projektteams, ITS und CSV
 * Planung und Nachverfolgung von Projektaktivitäten im Bereich Qualitätskontrolle
 * Sicherstellung GMP-gerechter Dokumentation nach SOP-Vorgaben
 * Verantwortlich für Masterdatenmanagement sowie Datenanalyse
 * Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Visualisierung von Berichten sowie KPIs
 * Vergleich aktueller Prozesse mit zukünftigen digitalen Abläufen zur Prozessoptimierung
 * Durchführung von Trainings zu neuen digitalen Lösungen für QC-Units
 * Administration von Stammdaten in LIMS-Systemen wie Labware
 * Schnittstelle zwischen internen Kund:innen, externen Beratenden, ITS und QC-Laboren
