 * Bereitschaft, sich in neue IT-Systeme und Prozesse einzuarbeiten
 * Gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie grundlegende Englischkenntnisse

## Description

* Annahme, Klassifizierung und Bearbeitung von IT-Störungen und Serviceanfragen im HelpDesk / an der Hotline
 * Erste Fehleranalyse und Lösung einfacher Hard- und Softwareprobleme im Client-Umfeld
 * Installation, Einrichtung und Austausch von Arbeitsplatzsystemen, Peripheriegeräten und Standardsoftware
 * Unterstützung bei Benutzerverwaltung, Berechtigungen und Passwortzurücksetzungen
 * Dokumentation von Vorgängen, Lösungen und Änderungen im Ticketsystem
 * Weiterleitung komplexerer Störungen an den 2nd Level Support oder zuständige Fachbereiche
