Desirable experience * Experience working within a Workday Functional Specialist, HRIS or enterprise applications team, * Knowledge of Workday reporting and analytics, * Experience supporting system integrations or working with technical integration teams, * Familiarity with Workday security, data governance or release management, * Experience documenting business processes and system workflows. ## Description We are looking for a Workday HCM Systems Analyst to join our Back Office Platforms team. You will be part of our Functional Specialist team, responsible for the configuration, integration and continuous optimisation of Workday HCM, with a primary focus on Workday Recruiting. Working closely with HR stakeholders, business leaders and technical IT teams, you will help ensure Workday remains fit for purpose, integrates effectively with our wider technology landscape and continues to meet evolving business requirements. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining Workday expertise with stakeholder partnership, process improvement and problem-solving. You will play an important part in creating a positive user experience supported by efficient processes, high-quality data and meaningful reporting and analytics.
