Focal Network Engineer, LeedsWe are looking for a Focal Network Engineer to act as the dedicated technical lead for a strategic Higher Education customer. This customer-facing role combines enterprise networking expertise, technical leadership, service ownership, and consultancy.You will be the primary technical point of contact, providing guidance across operational support, network transformation projects, and strategic planning. A key focus of the role will be supporting the customer's transition from a Cisco-based environment to Juniper Mist managed networking while ensuring the performance, resilience, and security of the existing network estate.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the trusted technical advisor and primary escalation point for a major customer.Lead technical discussions, workshops, service reviews, and governance meetings.Oversee network operations, service performance, resilience, and security.Manage complex technical escalations and coordinate resolution activities.Drive
