 * Leading the design and delivery of scalable, secure and resilient software solutions

 * Driving engineering best practice across development, testing, deployment and operational processes
 * Building modern cloud-based applications and services using contemporary engineering approaches
 * Improving automation across build, testing and release pipelines
 * Acting as a technical authority for complex design decisions and platform evolution
