Attention to detail and a methodical approach to issues arising and a considered approach to working under potentially pressured timeframes and events will be an advantage. You will have evidencable experience of IT monitoring systems and a general proficiency in server infrastructure, networking, cloud administration and operating systems. An ability to effectively prioritise and organise workload, work independently and collaboratively ## Description This role offers hybrid working, with a regular on-campus presence of at least two days per week at Keele University, alongside additional attendance as required to support projects and operational activities. The Opportunity This post represents an exciting opportunity join a small and highly motivated team of colleagues in Keele University's Information & Digital Services Directorate. The Directorate is responsible for the smooth running of technology and infrastructure for the University. Your role is a key to ensuring the security, development, and operation of cybersecurity, enabling the university to work safely and efficiently. This is a key role to the successful provision of the university's cybersecurity posture taking playing a key role in monitoring and investigation of cybersecurity events, triaging business as usual events and project work to maintain and support delivery of the Information & Digital Services strategic plan.
