## About the Role

We are open to entry-level candidates and those with some previous IT support experience or a foundation in IT.

You should have:

## Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic 1st Line IT Support Technician to join the team and provide day-to-day technical support to customers., * Provide 1st line technical support via telephone, email and ticketing systems.

 * Troubleshoot basic hardware, software and Windows issues.
 * Support Microsoft 365 and user accounts.
 * Assist with basic Active Directory and networking issues.
 * Set up and configure laptops, desktops and peripherals.
 * Manage and update support tickets.
 * Escalate more complex issues to 2nd Line.
 * Provide excellent customer service.
