## Description

Design, build, and operationalize Sovereign AI platforms for highly regulated sectors such as telecommunications and government.

 - Architect and deliver end-to-end AI solutions, including infrastructure, security, model lifecycle, governance, and applications.
 - Implement and operationalize NVIDIA AI Enterprise technologies, NIM microservices, and GPU-accelerated AI platforms at production scale.
 - Ensure AI solutions comply with data sovereignty, TSA (Telecommunications Security Act), and enterprise governance requirements.
 - Advise customers on AI adoption, deployment models, operational governance, and data sovereignty.
 - Define AI reference architectures, deployment blueprints, and modernization roadmaps.
 - Apply expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, fine-tuning, model serving, and vector databases.
 - Engineer cloud-native AI platforms with technologies such as Kubernetes, OpenStack, containers, and GPU infrastructure.
 - Leverage deep understanding of telecom domains including network operations, service assurance, fixed/mobile networks, OSS/BSS, security operations, and data platforms.
 - Apply AI to telecom use cases (e.g., anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, autonomous networks, digital twins).
 - Manage stakeholders, lead technical teams, and provide consulting to executives, engineers, and regulators.
 - Promote innovation, continuous learning, and AI technology adoption across large-scale telecom environments.
