## About the Role

* Significant experience leading analytics, reporting or data product delivery within complex enterprise environments.
 * Proven track record delivering data transformation, analytics modernisation or cloud data platform programmes.
 * Strong SQL and Python skills with advanced analytical capabilities.
 * Experience working with modern data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric or similar technologies.
 * Strong understanding of data modelling principles including dimensional modelling.
 * Strong BI and data visualisation experience using tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker.
 * Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and business audiences.
 * Consulting experience and the ability to lead client-facing engagements would be advantageous., * Data Lakehouse

## Description

* Lead the delivery of analytical outcomes within wider data and transformation programmes.
 * Own and oversee analytics delivery plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
 * Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, define success measures and align stakeholders.
 * Establish best practices across analytics delivery, documentation, governance and quality assurance.
 * Support the implementation of modern cloud-based analytics, data and AI solutions.
 * Contribute to bids, proposals and pre-sales activities.
 * Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing strategic guidance on data and analytics initiatives.
