What will be your responsibilities:

 * Provide local and/or remote user support.

 * Assist in the installation of hardware and software systems.

 * Provide IT support for employee onboarding and offboarding experience.

 * Analyse and acquire IT equipment.

 * Support in troubleshooting technical issues and network problems.

 * Create and maintain technical and procedural documentation.

 * Install, configure, and maintain equipment.

 * Administer and maintain the company's and branches' infrastructure.
