## About the Role

The RoleWe're looking for a Senior Manager to shape and deliver large-scale business transformation programmes while driving innovation in programme delivery through automation and advanced tooling. What You'll DoLead the design and delivery of complex transformation programmesOwn client engagements end-to-end (budget, resources, contracts, delivery)Enhance programme delivery using automation, AI, and advanced toolsBuild client relationships and drive business growth (~£1m revenue target)Develop new delivery approaches and propositionsLead and mentor teams, helping grow capability across the practice What We're Looking ForStrong track record delivering large-scale transformation programmesExpertise in programme governance, stakeholder and risk managementExperience with Agile, P3M, and hybrid
