Previous roles such as Maintenance Administrator, Facilities Administrator, Scheduler, FM Co-ordinator, Helpdesk Administrator, Contract Support etc would be a large advantage. * Must be able to commit to working full time, office based in Redhill. * Experience using CAFM systems is highly preferable. Experience using Simpro, ProNett or Verisae would be a large advantage. * Must be computer literate and comfortable using basic programs such as Microsoft word, excel etc. ## Description The Maintenance Administrator will be working within a busy department, within a business, rapidly expanding business, either dedicated to a singular client account, or working within a helpdesk team.
