You take ownership, investigate when something doesn't behave as expected, and work across team boundaries to find practical solutions. Essential skills: * Strong experience in software development or automation (Python required). * Experience with modern Python development - object-oriented design and tools such as uv and ruff. * Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD systems (Jenkins, GitLab, or GitHub). * Comfortable developing on Linux or Mac. * Good communication skills, inter-cultural awareness and you embrace diversity. Desirable: * Understanding of operating system fundamentals - processes, file systems, and resource management. * Experience with pre-silicon or hardware bring-up environments. * Experience about running workloads on FPGAs, mobile phones, or development boards * Understanding of ML frameworks, compilers, or model execution flows. * Background in data visualization or performance analytics. All fees associated with the individual's application e.g. visa application fee and Immigration Health Surcharge, will be the responsibility of the successful candidate. ## Description * Developing frameworks and tooling for running ML workloads and benchmarks across heterogeneous Arm platforms and board farms. * Automating execution, data collection, and visualization pipelines to streamline quality and performance assessment. * Collaborating closely with ML software, systems, and IP teams to define requirements, and drive improvements. * Exploring and influencing ML performance on future Arm architectures and next-generation pre-silicon platforms., Arm's approach to hybrid working is designed to create a working environment that supports both high performance and personal wellbeing.
