* Formation Bac +2 minimum en informatique (BTS SIO, DUT/BUT Réseaux & Télécoms, Licence professionnelle).
 * Première expérience réussie sur un poste similaire souhaitée.
 * Bonne connaissance des environnements :
 + Windows 10/11
 + Windows Server
 + Active Directory
 + Microsoft 365
 + Réseaux TCP/IP
 + Virtualisation (VMware ou Hyper-V)
 * Sens du service et de la satisfaction utilisateur.
 * Excellent relationnel.
 * Rigueur et organisation.
 * Esprit d'équipe.
 * Curiosité technique et envie d'apprendre.

## Description

Rattaché(e) au Responsable Informatique, vous aurez notamment en charge :

 * Assurer le support utilisateurs de niveau 1 et 2.
 * Installer, configurer et maintenir les postes de travail Windows.
 * Gérer les comptes utilisateurs Microsoft 365 et Active Directory.
 * Participer à l'administration des serveurs Windows.
 * Assurer le déploiement et le suivi du matériel informatique (PC, imprimantes, smartphones).
 * Intervenir sur les problématiques réseaux (switchs, Wi-Fi, VPN).
 * Participer aux projets d'évolution de l'infrastructure informatique.
 * Suivre les sauvegardes et contribuer à la sécurité du système d'information.
 * Documenter les procédures et maintenir l'inventaire du parc informatique.
 * Assurer une relation de proximité avec les utilisateurs.

Déplacements nationaux à prévoir ponctuellement.
