Orange Wholesale (OW) Division is the group's division that encompasses all wholesale activities related to the sale and purchase of telecom products, services, and solutions for third-party operators and content providers, both in the French domestic market and internationally.
OW also builds infrastructure for Orange's networks, developing new services and technologies worldwide.

Wholesale (bulk market) is the third strategic pillar of Orange after Orange France and OBS. Within Orange Wholesale, Orange Wholesale International (OWI) provides international connectivity to operators and internet players worldwide. With teams spread across 18 countries (representing 35 nationalities), OWI offers a wide range of connectivity solutions across four sectors: Voice, Data, Mobile Services, Security & Anti-Fraud.

Within Orange Wholesale International, the Marketing and Business Development department's mission is to:
-Create and develop solutions and customer experience,
-Boost overall performance,
-Support the sales of commercial solutions.

The market is evolving towards more flexible, secure, sustainable, and high-performing connectivity to meet customer expectations. Network transformation enables a new value proposition around Network as a Service (NaaS) offerings with key features:
Modular and scalable network resources,
Easy-to-use APIs to facilitate procurement from multiple suppliers,
Business model adapted for operators / MNOs: network modernization reducing investment costs,
Rapid innovation: large-scale virtual infrastructure,
Simplified management portal or API.

What will the activity involve?
Your role is to define, prioritize and drive the product strategy of a Core Network as a Service solution (4G & 5G), enabling mobile operators worldwide to launch, operate and scale mobile services for their end customers. As a product owner, you will :
Own the product backlog: write, prioritize, and refine epics and user stories in close collaboration with engineering, architecture, IT and operations,
Define functional perimeter of the 4G/5G CNaaS platform and associated service bundles,
Define and prioritize northbound / southbound integrations (OSS, BSS, IMS...),
Translate customer requirements and regulatory constraints into clear, actionable product specifications,
Define carrier-grade service requirements including SLA, scalability, resilience, geo-redundancy, security and compliance Support presales and solution architects during customer engagements,
Coordinate with technology and business partners to build joint go-to-market propositions,
