Expérience et Formation :

 - Vous possédez une formation en informatique et une première expérience réussie en support utilisateur (Helpdesk ou proximité).
Compétences techniques :

 - Vous maîtrisez le déploiement et le dépannage des environnements Windows et de la suite collaborative Microsoft 365.
Soft Skills :

 - Vous êtes à l'aise avec la gestion des priorités et l'utilisation de logiciels de ticketing.
 - Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre sens du service, votre patience, votre bonne humeur et votre réactivité face aux pannes.

## Description

Date de démarrage : du 5 au 30 Octobre 2026 et du 2 au 20 Novembre 2026
Vos missions principales seront les suivantes :
Assurer le support de niveau 1 : Accueillir, qualifier et traiter les demandes ou incidents informatiques des collaborateurs.
Gérer les requêtes : Assurer le suivi rigoureux et la documentation des interventions via l'outil de ticketing en place.
Intervenir sur le terrain : Réaliser le dépannage matériel et logiciel des utilisateurs directement sur notre site de Château-Gontier.
Gérer le parc informatique : Préparer, configurer et assurer le déploiement des nouveaux postes de travail dans un écosystème Windows et Microsoft Office 365.
