## Description

En tant qu'Architecte Solution D365 F&O, vous jouez un rôle clé dans la conception, la structuration et la gouvernance des solutions ERP Microsoft au sein des programmes de transformation. Vous intervenez dès les phases d'avant-vente pour définir la vision solution, sécuriser les choix fonctionnels et techniques, et co-construire des architectures alignées avec les objectifs métiers, les standards Microsoft et la stratégie IT du client.
Dans le delivery, vous guidez les équipes projet, arbitrez les choix structurants et garantissez la cohérence globale de la solution tout au long du cycle de vie de l'engagement. Vous jouez également un rôle important dans l'accompagnement des équipes, la montée en compétences et l'animation de la communauté D365 au sein du groupe.
Vos missions :

 * Piloter la conception de la solution D365 F&O, en garantissant cohérence fonctionnelle, alignement métier et pertinence des choix techniques.
 * Contribuer activement aux phases d'avant-vente : cadrage, définition de l'architecture cible, démonstrations, construction des offres, participation aux soutenances.
 * Définir et faire respecter les standards d'architecture : principes directeurs, stratégie d'intégration, patterns d'extensions, gouvernance des développements.
 * Encadrer la mise en œuvre et accompagner les équipes delivery : configuration, développements, migration de données, tests, Go-Live.
 * Anticiper et gérer les risques techniques et fonctionnels.
 * Participer à la gouvernance d'architecture (Design Authority).
 * Assurer la montée en compétences des équipes : coaching, mentoring, animation de communautés.
