## About the Role

* Experiencia en análisis estadístico, modelado de datos y técnicas de Machine Learning.
 * Conocimientos de Python, R u otras herramientas similares para análisis y desarrollo de modelos.
 * Experiencia con modelos de Machine Learning tradicionales (clasificación, regresión, clustering, forecasting, entre otros).
 * Familiaridad con herramientas de visualización de datos y comunicación de resultados.
 * Se valorará especialmente experiencia con LLMs, Generative AI, NLP, RAG, agentes o tecnologías relacionadas, aunque no es un requisito excluyente.
 * Conocimientos de entornos cloud y ecosistemas de datos serán valorados.

Estamos construyendo una comunidad de talento para futuros proyectos en los que la innovación, el análisis y la resolución de problemas serán protagonistas., * Analizar grandes volúmenes de datos para generar insights y apoyar la toma de decisiones.

 * Desarrollar, entrenar y validar modelos analíticos y predictivos.
 * Participar en iniciativas de Inteligencia Artificial, Machine Learning y Generative AI.
 * Explorar y evaluar nuevas técnicas y tecnologías para resolver problemas de negocio.
 * Colaborar con equipos técnicos y de negocio para identificar, diseñar y desarrollar casos de uso basados en datos e IA.
 * Comunicar resultados y recomendaciones de forma clara para facilitar la toma de decisiones.
