Desirable Skills & Technologies * UniFi deployment and network structured cabling/termination. * Cloud infrastructure (Microsoft Azure) and Microsoft Intune / Autopilot. * Remote Monitoring & Management (Datto RMM / Autotask PSA). * Telephony (VoIP / 3CX) and Remote Desktop Services (RDS / FSLogix). * Security platforms (Sophos XGS Firewalls, Huntress EDR/ITDR/SAT, and Inky Email Security) alongside Hikvision CCTV/NVR systems.
