Cognitive/Metal Requirements: * Ability to work independently as well as collaborate as a team with a sense of urgency. * Professional with ability to properly handle confidential information. * Be value-driven, understand that success is based on the impact of your work rather than its complexity or the level of effort. * Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize and meet deadlines. Physical Requirements and Working Conditions: * Flexibility to work with global teams as well geographically dispersed US based teams. * Must be able to provide high-speed internet access / connectivity and office setup and maintenance. * Must be able to provide a dedicated, secure work area. ## Description We are seeking a motivated Senior AI Engineer to contribute to the design and development of our agentic framework and centralized AI platform. This role will focus on implementing and integrating AI agents, experimenting with open-source AI tools, and supporting the delivery of customer-facing and internal AI-powered applications. You will work closely with senior AI engineers, backend developers, and product engineers to bring agentic solutions to life, gaining hands-on experience with cutting-edge AI frameworks and infrastructure. Responsibilities Implement and maintain components of agentic AI framework under the guidance of senior engineers * Leverage open-source AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen) to build and experiment with agents for diverse use cases * Incorporate selected open-source solution into our agentic AI framework * Collaborate with product engineers to integrate AI agents into customer-facing applications and internal tools * Write clean, maintainable Python code for AI workflows, APIs, and data integration tasks * Assist in testing, debugging, and improving performance of AI-powered workloads * Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing across the team * Complete all responsibilities as outlined in the annual performance review and/or goal setting. * Complete all special projects and other duties as assigned. * Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
