Methodology: Strong practical background in Design Thinking, Agile / Hybrid delivery frameworks, and structured change management (e.g., ADKAR). Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to influence senior business and technical leaders, bridge silos, and align cross-functional teams (Corporate, DT, SI, R&D). Problem-Solving & Facilitation: Exceptional workshop moderation, requirements gathering, and root-cause resolution skills., Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

Milestones (Project Management), The cPLM Program Data & Process Project Manager (PM) is responsible for leading the planning, governance, and end-to-end execution of critical data and business process workstreams within the Corporate PLM (cPLM) Transformation Program. This role operates across a 70% Data / 30% Process Architecture split, orchestrating cross-pillar dependencies between Digital Technologies (DT), R&D, Quality & Food Safety (Q&FS), System Integrators (SI), and corporate stakeholders.
