Reporting to IT leadership and partnering with the Service Desk Manager, this role supports approximately 600 employees and emphasizes coordination, accuracy, and customer service in a fast-paced environment. The position provides exposure to enterprise IT operations while collaborating with infrastructure, service desk, HR, finance, and vendor teams. This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration.
