## Description

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a Technical Infrastructure Program Manager to drive global project standards for large-scale cloud infrastructure programs. You will define and govern frameworks, processes, and KPIs that improve delivery quality, consistency, and efficiency across regions. Partner with engineering, data center, and operations teams to standardize workflows, documentation, and risk controls. Lead program roadmaps, conduct data-driven reviews, and ensure compliance with safety, security, and reliability requirements. This role requires strong technical program management, stakeholder leadership, and a passion for continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment., * Define and maintain global project and program management standards for technical infrastructure initiatives

 * Lead cross-functional programs across engineering, data center, and operations teams
 * Develop and track KPIs, dashboards, and reporting for delivery quality and consistency
 * Standardize workflows, documentation, and change management processes
 * Drive risk management, issue escalation, and mitigation planning
 * Ensure compliance with safety, security, and reliability requirements
