 * Azure or Google Cloud Platform, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
 * Understanding of WCAG/accessibility standards
 * Strong communication, technical leadership, and mentoring skills

Preferred:

 * Docker/Kubernetes
 * Kafka/RabbitMQ and event-driven architecture
 * Agile/Scrum experience
 * Reusable UI component libraries/design systems
 * Utility, energy, or regulated-industry experience
 * Progressive Web Application (PWA) experience
