## Description

* Design and develop conversational AI agents using Google Cloud / GECX / Dialogflow CX and Vertex AI.
 * Build REST APIs, webhooks, and microservices using Python, .NET/C#, TypeScript, and JavaScript/Node.js.
 * Integrate AI agents with Azure and ServiceNow enterprise platforms.
 * Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and YAML.
 * Build automated unit, API, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing frameworks.
 * Develop complex SQL queries and support enterprise data operations.
 * Implement agent context management, prompt engineering, fallback, and human escalation workflows.
 * Participate in SAFe Agile, PI planning, sprint execution, and cross-team coordination.
