## About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Level to Sr Software Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience to support

and enhance critical HR and Payroll technology systems. This role will focus on application development, system integrations, database support, and payroll-related solutions that support key business operations.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with HR or payroll technologies, strong SQL skills, and a demonstrated ability to handle

highly sensitive employee and payroll data with professionalism and discretion., * 5+ years of software engineering or application development experience

 * Experience operating at a mid-level or Upper-level engineering capacity
 * Experience supporting HR, Payroll, HRIS, or enterprise business applications
 * Strong SQL and database development experience
 * Experience with systems integration and data exchange processes
 * Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
 * Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
 * Demonstrated understanding of data privacy, security, and confidentiality best practices

Preferred Qualifications

 * Hands-on experience with payroll systems or payroll-related projects
 * Experience supporting enterprise HR technology platforms
 * Experience with API development and integrations
 * Experience working with sensitive or regulated data
 * Prior experience in healthcare, government, education, or large enterprise environments
