## Description

Detroit IT is looking for Service Desk Assistant/IT Assistant to assist their Service Desk team., * Assist the Service Desk with packaging and shipping of IT equipment to clients.

 * Assist the Service Desk team with data entry of client information
 * Organize and maintain and up to date inventory of IT equipment.
 * Assist team in picking-up and delivering items to clients or for internal use when necessary.
 * Report daily work accomplished orally or via email to CTO.
