At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, IT consulting, technical onboarding, application integration or a related role. Good understanding of API integrations, data flows, mapping logic and system architecture fundamentals. Knowledge of JSON, XML and CSV file structures and API communication, including REST and SOAP. Experience with shipping systems, logistics IT, eCommerce integrations, carrier integrations or similar environments is an advantage. Understanding of agile methodologies, application lifecycle and structured incident management. Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and customer-focused approach. Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in an international environment.
