* Estar cursando último curso o haber finalizado recientemente Grado o Máster en Psicología, Relaciones Laborales y Recursos Humanos, o similares.
 * Nivel alto de inglés (imprescindible): capacidad para mantener conversaciones y entrevistas.
 * Imprescindible poder establecer convenio de prácticas/ beca FUO (Fundación Universidad de Oviedo)
 * Interés por el área de selección y el sector tecnológico.
 * Buen manejo de herramientas ofimáticas (especialmente Excel) y facilidad para aprender nuevos sistemas.
 * Buenas habilidades de comunicación, organización y orientación al detalle.

## Description

* Apoyo al equipo de Talent Acquisition en procesos de selección end-to-end.
 * Búsqueda activa (sourcing) de todo tipo de perfiles técnicos IT (desarrollo, infraestructura, cloud, ciberseguridad, data, etc.) en diferentes plataformas.
 * Publicación y gestión de ofertas en portales de empleo y redes profesionales.
 * Criba curricular y pre-screening telefónico en español e inglés.
 * Comunicación continua con candidatos/as, garantizando una buena candidate experience.
