We are looking for a Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst to support end users in Clearwater, Florida within a healthcare-focused environment. The role centers on assisting employees with Windows-based systems, managing user access, and addressing support requests with professionalism and urgency., Provide front-line technical assistance for hardware, software, and desktop-related issues affecting end users.
Respond to service desk requests in a timely manner, document work performed, and keep ticket updates accurate and organized.
Troubleshoot Windows operating system problems and restore functionality for users experiencing technical disruptions.
Support account administration tasks in Active Directory, including access updates and basic user maintenance.
Diagnose common workstation and peripheral issues, escalating more complex problems when needed.
Assist employees with setup, configuration, and routine support for Microsoft-based desktop environments.
Track recurring issues and contribute to practical solutions that improve overall support efficiency.
