The role requires a high level of autonomy, strong analytical capabilities, and proven experience in managing complex requirements and stakeholder landscapes. The successful candidate will contribute to process standardization, governance alignment, and the delivery of IAM-related initiatives., * Proven, strong experience as a Business Analyst (BA), preferably in Identity & Access Management (IAM) environments * Solid understanding of IAM concepts and domains, including IGA, UAM, PAM & CIAM * Experience working with policies, standards, and compliance frameworks * Experience with Azure DevOps (or similar tools) for backlog management and requirements tracking * Strong skills in requirements engineering, documentation, and process modeling * Ability to work with technical teams and understand basic technical concepts and system integrations * Experience in supporting or coordinating projects up to medium size * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences * Familiarity with data and reporting concepts, with the ability to ensure data quality and traceability * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously * Proactive, structured, and detail-oriented mindset * Fluency in English (written and spoken) Nice to Have * Experience in large, enterprise IAM environments * Knowledge of IAM tools and platforms (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Azure AD / Entra ID) * Understanding of IT security and compliance frameworks * Experience working in agile environments * Practical knowledge of leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and productivity (e.g., for analysis, documentation, or process optimization) Building a cleaner, smarter future takes all kinds of minds: the curious, the courageous, and the creative.
