The ideal candidate brings strong project governance, executive communication, and the ability to establish structure in ambiguous environments., * 5+ years of project or program management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.

 * Experience delivering enterprise business, HR, workforce, or technology transformation programs.
 * Strong governance, risk management, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
 * Proven ability to drive accountability and execution without direct authority.
 * Ability to establish clear plans, ownership, and delivery processes in evolving environments., * Experience supporting HR technology, talent acquisition, compensation, performance management, or workforce planning.
 * Workday or similar HCM implementation experience.
 * Experience with global deployments, job architecture, skills frameworks, or organizational transformation.
 * PMP, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent certification.

## Description

* Lead complex HR and talent initiatives from planning through implementation, stabilization, and operational handoff.
 * Develop integrated project plans, milestones, governance frameworks, and reporting cadences.
 * Manage risks, issues, dependencies, scope changes, and competing priorities across multiple workstreams.
 * Coordinate delivery across HRIS, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Talent Management, Payroll, Benefits, IT, Security, and vendors.
 * Facilitate steering committee meetings and prepare concise executive updates and decision materials.
 * Partner with stakeholders on testing, deployment readiness, change management, and adoption.
