We are seeking a motivated Associate Technical Program Manager (TPM) to support the development and deployment of cutting-edge robotics and automation solutions. We are seeking high-potential individuals who demonstrate strong analytical thinking, curiosity, and communication skills, and who are excited to learn robotics technology and technical program management through hands-on experience and mentorship., Education: Bachelor's degree in a STEM field such as Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Environmental Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

Experience: 0-3 years of professional experience in project coordination, technical operations, research, engineering, consulting, or related environments., * Experience leading projects, research initiatives, student organizations, or academic programs.

 * Exposure to technical environments such as robotics, automation, software development, engineering, or laboratory research.
 * Experience working across multiple teams or stakeholder groups.
 * Familiarity with project management tools, Agile methodologies, or process improvement concepts.
 * Demonstrated curiosity, learning agility, and desire to grow into a technical leadership role.

## Description

* Support the planning, coordination, and execution of robotics and technology development projects.
 * Partner with engineers, scientists, product managers, and operations teams to track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
 * Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams and help drive alignment on project goals and priorities.
 * Assist with risk identification, issue resolution, and project status reporting.
 * Develop technical knowledge of robotics, automation systems, and emerging technologies.
 * Drive process improvement initiatives that enhance project execution and team efficiency.
 * Build strong relationships with stakeholders while balancing technical and business objectives.
 * Translate complex technical concepts into clear and actionable updates for diverse audiences.
