Especially within benefits platforms or HR technology environments. * Hands-on experience with configuration, event flows, testing, and troubleshooting in complex systems., * Ability to research application issues and tools, with solid understanding of data privacy practices and laws. * Excellent written and verbal communication, including clear technical and client-facing documentation. * Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and time management skills; able to prioritise and execute on what matters most. * Highly self-motivated, collaborative, and comfortable coaching others and leading by example. * Willingness to travel internationally on occasion.
