Preferred * Experience developing web applications using Django. * Experience in healthcare, clinical laboratory, or another regulated environment. * Experience with LIS/LIMS, EHR systems, or other healthcare technology platforms and interoperability standards such as HL7 and FHIR. * Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, automated testing, microservices, or containerization. * Experience mentoring developers or providing technical leadership within project teams., * Strong understanding of software engineering principles, application architecture, design patterns, and modern SDLC practices. * Strong knowledge of APIs, relational databases, cloud technologies, and application integration. * Understanding of secure coding, data privacy, and application security practices. * Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. ## Description The Senior Software Engineer designs, develops, and supports enterprise software applications that enable laboratory and business operations. This role works closely with architects, developers, product stakeholders, laboratory operations, and IT teams to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable solutions.
