## About the Role

Education: An associate's degree in a related area is preferred.

Experience: 0-3 years of experience in a technical support or help desk environment.

Technical Skills:

 * Knowledge of commonly-used IT support concepts, practices, and procedures.
 * Experience with Microsoft Active Directory for user management.
 * Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite.
 * Basic understanding of networking fundamentals, including Ping and Traceroute.
 * Experience with ticket management systems, such as ServiceNow., * Experience in retail IT support, desktop support, or from a Managed Service Provider (MSP) background.
 * Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or CompTIA Security+.
 * Familiarity with PowerShell for automation and administration.
 * Demonstrated customer service skills, including de-escalation techniques.

## Description

We are seeking a Help Desk Representative to provide technical support to end users on a variety of issues. This role involves identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems through telephone calls, email, and personnel requests. The successful candidate will document, track, and monitor issues to ensure a timely resolution while working under immediate supervision., * Provide technical support and troubleshooting to end users.

 * Respond to help desk tickets, calls, and emails in a timely manner.
 * Document all support activities, including issue details and resolutions.
 * Identify, research, and resolve technical problems related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
 * Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
 * Manage user accounts and permissions within Microsoft Active Directory.
 * Assist with hardware setup and configuration for end users.
 * Maintain a high level of customer service and professional communication.
