Desired Skills * Project or team lead experience on small scale test projects. * Coursework or project experience with embedded C/Python, or model based design. * Familiarity with requirement traceability tools (Cameo, Jama, DOORS) or basic MBSE concepts. * Experience with MATLAB/Simulink, LabVIEW, or Python for data acquisition and analysis. ## Description Plans, implements, tests, documents, and maintains solutions for the integration and testing of in-house developed and COTS/GOTS components, elements, subsystems and/or systems. Synthesizes customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule and cost constraints. Establishes functional and technical specifications and standards, solves hardware/software interface problems, defines input/output parameters, and ensures integration of the entire system or subsystem. Reviews, evaluates and derives requirements for testability, develops and directs preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules for complete systems and/or subsystems. Coordinates subsystem and/or system testing activities with programs and other organizations. Performs analysis of test results and prepares comprehensive subsystem and/or system level evaluation reports which verify and validate system performance. Writes discrepancy reports and performs integration regression testing to verify/validate incorporated fixes to software, components, subsystems and systems. Tb&S (Testbed and Simulation) Software is seeking a highly motivated Systems Integration and Test Engineer with interest in maintaining and supporting flatsat test asset activities in Assembly, Integration, and Test and Operations. This position will support Space Development Agency (SDA) programs: Tranche 2 Beta, Tranche 2 Tracking, and Tranche 3. The Systems Integration and Test Engineer will support the testing, troubleshooting, and documentation of the Flatsat testbed. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy hands on work, solving complex hardware/software issues, and creating clear technical documentation for internal and external users.
