You will ensure the stable and efficient operation of these services, improve service delivery, and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders of applications, ensuring service delivery in due quality and time while keeping costs under control. How You'll Make an Impact

 * You will manage and prioritize the daily operations and workflow of business applications to ensure optimal performance and resource utilization, serving as the point of contact for escalations.
 * Collaborate with other service managers, IT application managers, business analysts, and business integration architects to continuously improve the stage of operations delivery in each application lifecycle. Collaboration with Finance is key to keeping business service costs under control and forecasting deviations properly.
 * Lead or contribute to service improvement projects, designing and implementing changes to procedures and configurations to enhance application stability and efficiency.
 * Optimize processes to ensure seamless operations delivery.
 * Engage with key business stakeholders, software vendors, and service partners to ensure application availability and efficient performance.
