## About the Role

Do you have experience in Scrum?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * 2+ years of experience in Python development focused on AI/ML or LLM applications.

 * Experience building AI agents using frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI or similar, plus solid understanding of agentic patterns (ReAct, plan-and-execute, tool usage, human-in-the-loop)
or a strong motivation to learn and develop these capabilities quickly.

 * Hands-on exposure to RAG pipelines (chunking, embeddings, vector indexing, retrieval, re-ranking) and experience working in AWS serverless environments (Lambda, Step Functions, Bedrock).
 * Fluency in English and Spanish.

## Description

We now have the opportunity for a Fullstack Software Developer to join our Technology Department., * Design and develop autonomous AI agents and multi-agent systems, leveraging modern frameworks and cloud-native architectures.

 * Shape how the team designs and implements agents that orchestrate business workflows, consume information from a business knowledge base, and propose intelligent actions that solve real operational problems.
 * Develop and maintain RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines tailored to IT operations and AIOps use cases and integrate AI agents with external tools and systems.
 * Implement observability, tracing, and evaluation mechanisms for AI agents.
 * Collaborate with product teams to define: Use cases, Acceptance criteria and Quality metrics for AI-driven solutions
