Preferred Qualifications * Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field. * 5+ years of hands-on software development experience. * Exposure to Agile methodologies. * Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams, including technical, business, and management personnel. * Good interpersonal communication skills for technical and business conversations. * Analytical skills to break down requirements and solve problems. ## Description As a Java Developer, you will be an individual contributor responsible for developing and delivering complex software requirements to accomplish business goals. This role involves ensuring software is developed to meet functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements.
