The team ensures the security, reliability, and performance of critical network services through proactive monitoring, incident response, operational support, and continuous improvement initiatives. This team plays a vital role in maintaining business continuity and partnering with other IT organizations to ensure infrastructure and application availability. The Network Operations / Infrastructure professional will administer infrastructure including hardware, software, and various configurations. Provides administration and maintenance of user devices and communications links to assure operational availability. Deploys and administers routing protocols and network devices (switches, routers, firewalls, load balancers). Administers and tests networking hardware and software.
