You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. ## Description As a Core Analytics & Insights Engineer II on the AI & Data team, you will provide data analytics, visualization, and reporting support to enhance internal operations., * Develop dashboards, reports, and other analytical products using Power BI, Excel, and related business intelligence tools. * Support data requests from Executive Branch stakeholders by translating business questions into accurate, clear, and actionable insights. * Use Databricks and Palantir Foundry, to prepare, integrate, analyze, and visualize data. * Design and implement data management infrastructure to support reliable, scalable, and repeatable analytics. * Automate extract, transform, and load processes to streamline data preparation and enable front-end reporting. * Apply advanced data modeling concepts to develop efficient, maintainable, and reporting-ready data structures. * Collaborate with business, operational, and technical stakeholders to define requirements and deliver fit-for-purpose analytics solutions. * Conduct data validation and quality checks to promote accuracy, consistency, and confidence in reporting outputs. * Document data sources, transformation logic, reporting processes, and technical solutions. * Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, reduce manual effort, and expand the use of data-driven decision-making.
