You're a highly experienced hardware engineer with a proven record leading complex hardware development efforts. You bring technical expertise, sound engineering judgment, and a collaborative leadership style.

You also:

Have significant experience designing complex electronic hardware

Demonstrate strong technical leadership and mentoring skills

Independently drive advanced engineering efforts and technical decisions

Communicate effectively across multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders

Are capable of obtaining and maintaining a Secret-level security clearance, Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, and of 9+ years of relevant experience.

-Experience with digital circuit / logic design (schematic creation), processor design & architecture.

-Ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance.

-Ability to travel up to 10%.

Desired Skills

-Bachelors degree from an accredited college in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering.

-Experience in designing Aero-Defense Industry compliant designs (For example: DO-254, DO-178, SOSA).

-Project and team leadership experience.

-Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.

## Description

As a Hardware Engineer Level 4, you'll serve as a technical lead and subject matter expert responsible for architecting, designing, integrating, and validating advanced computer hardware systems.

You will:

Lead the full lifecycle design and development of complex hardware systems.

Own electrical schematics and hardware design documentation.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.

Lead hardware packaging and system integration activitiesLead prototype bring-up, integration, and validation testing.

Apply advanced engineering principles to develop new technologies and methodologies.

Solve highly complex technical problems with innovative, practical solutions.

Design and test analog and digital computing hardware, radar and radiation detection systems, and circuit/control test equipment.
