Working closely with clients and a team of consultants, you take ownership of the end-to-end development lifecycle and ensure that CRM solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with SAP best practices. In this role, you will: * Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into clear IT requirements. * Design sustainable and maintainable solutions using SAP's latest technologies and architectural standards. * Develop, optimize, test, and deliver high-quality CRM functionalities together with your colleagues. * Focus on software design, code quality, performance optimization, and reusability across the solution landscape. * Contribute to technical design discussions and support integration with other SAP and non-SAP systems. * Coach, mentor, and support junior consultants, helping them grow their functional and technical expertise.
