## About the Role

This is a full-time position offering $65,000-$85,000 per year, depending on experience, technical skills, portfolio quality, and qualifications. Candidates with strong experience in responsive web design, UI/UX, Figma, design systems, and modern web technologies may be considered toward the upper end of the compensation range.
The ideal candidate combines strong visual design skills with an understanding of user experience, responsive design, accessibility, and modern web standards., * 2-4 years of professional web-design or digital-design experience.

 * Strong portfolio demonstrating responsive website and UI design.
 * Proficiency with Figma and/or comparable design tools.
 * Strong understanding of typography, color, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
 * Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
 * Knowledge of basic HTML and CSS.
 * Strong understanding of user experience and web usability.
 * Excellent attention to detail.
 * Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred

 * Experience with WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, or similar platforms.
 * Familiarity with JavaScript and modern front-end development concepts.
 * Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud.
 * Experience creating design systems and reusable UI components.
 * Understanding of WCAG accessibility principles.
 * Experience with SEO and website performance considerations.
 * Experience working with marketing, e-commerce, SaaS, or consumer brands.
 * Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar analytics platforms.

## Description

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and user-focused Web Designer to create engaging, visually compelling, and easy-to-use websites and digital experiences. The Web Designer will work closely with marketing, development, content, and leadership teams to translate business objectives into professional and effective web designs., * Design and maintain responsive websites and landing pages across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

 * Create wireframes, prototypes, page layouts, mockups, and high-fidelity web designs.
