## About the Role

* A Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's preferred)
 * 2+ years of experience in structural and/or bridge design
 * PE License is a plus
 * Strong written and verbal communication skills
 * Familiarity with AASHTO LRFD Bridge Design Specifications, AASHTO Manual for Bridge Evaluation, and NCDOT standards
 * Proficiency in structural design software
 * Experience with MicroStation and/or AutoCAD for plan development
 * NBIS bridge inspection certification is a plus
