Technical Skills: * Microsoft Windows * Desktop and laptop hardware troubleshooting * LAN / network connectivity * Endpoint security and patching * Software installation and deployment * ITSM / ticketing systems * Hardware and endpoint lifecycle support * Engineering and test workstations * HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) rigs * Specialized laboratory and engineering devices Nice to Have: * Experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, laboratory, or product testing environments. * Previous support of HIL/test rigs and specialized engineering hardware. * Experience working with global or Tier 2/Tier 3 infrastructure support teams. * Experience supporting vulnerability remediation, equipment refreshes, and large-scale endpoint deployments. * Background supporting environments where downtime directly affects engineering or operational productivity. ## Description Apex Systems is looking to hire an ONSITE Engineering IT Support Specialist for our client based out of Greensboro, NC. This assignment is anticipated to be a 6-month contract with strong potential for extension; however, Apex Systems cannot guarantee the length of this assignment.
